Snow & a windchill of 17 degrees!
The garden is officially done for the year.
So, that's got us all thinking of warming soups here in Minneapolis & the Minneapolis Farmer's Market is hosting a Soup Recipe Contest. You can check out all the recipes here & if your so inclined vote for my Crock Pot White Bean & Spinach or Creamy Chicken Wild Rice Soup.
On to Menu Planning Monday...
Chai brined pork chops with squash & brussel sprouts
Arugula Salad with squash & peppers & fried goat cheese
Baby Back Ribs with a leek & potato gratin
Open-faced Meatball Sandwiches
3rd Anniversary dinner at La Belle Vie
Then we are headed up to the North Shore to enjoy the fall colors or perhaps the snow they way things are going this year.
