We won't be buying many vegetable plants this year though as our garden seems to be doing really well. The lettuce, kohlrabi, spinach & peas have all sprouted in the outdoor raised beds. Indoors, the tomatoes, broccoli, brussels sprouts & peppers have all been moved to bigger pots until they are ready to go outside. We are really looking forward to a summer full of fresh vegetables from our garden & the farm.
On to this week's Menu Planning Monday
Smoked Turkey Breast
Halibut with Garlic Mojo - From Rick Bayless' Mexican Everyday
Smoked Turkey Pasta Salad
Grilled Pizza - with homemade mozzarella
Moroccan Rotisserie Chicken with Sorrel & Spinach
Ramp & Potato Tart
Leftover Roast Chicken & Roast Sunchokes - I'm going to turn these two ingredients into something but not sure what yet.
Plus we still have two more recipes from Emeril at the Grill to share with you this week, Bacon Potato Salad & Bánh Mi.

I need to be more like you and try new things. Ramp huh? See what I mean?
That was quite a haul, wasnt it? Good for you starting all your plants from seed. I wanted to do that this year. Had every intention. I have been saving our paperish egg cartons just for it. Then time slips on by. Well I will be buying from a local lady. She has some heirloom tomatoes that I am looking forward to getting.
