This is a staple in our house since we started making it about a year ago. Its really easy with very few ingredients (I don't even add the shallot or olive oil I originally called for in the recipe anymore) & not a lot of prep. It makes a quick satisfying meal after work or a busy day. We made it for my parents over Thanksgiving & they went nuts for it too.
