Potato chips in flavors like Cajun Squirrel, Chili & Chocolate and Crispy Duck & Hoisin (We didn't see these until the airport so we didn't get to try them)I'm actually really happy to be back in my own kitchen cooking our meals. On to Menu Planning Monday...(You might notice we picked up a copy of Jamie Oliver's magazine while in the UK & are trying a few things from it.)

Cajun Squirrel ... oh my, this sounds like a must-try flavor :-)
The Onion's AV Club did a taste test of some of those potato chip flavors. Cajun Squirrel was heavy on the cajun, light on the squirrel unfortunately.
why can't we get those kinds of chips over here? I mean we have the boring flavors.

It all looks good for the coming week. And I thought when I went to Nova Scotia that crab flavored and ketchup flavored potato chips were unique. Its so funny that it looks almost identical to Lays packaging.

I'm not a big chip eater, but I love seeing the different flavors in other countries. I'll usually break down and try them. In Brazil we have turkey flavored and grilled chicken. If you close your eyes you'd swear you had a piece of chicken in your mouth and not a chip. It is really strange. :)
There is no actual squirrel in the cajun squirrel!
